If we fail to submit your completed business funding application within 2 business hours of receiving all required documentation and a completed application, we will issue a $2,000 payment and assist you in finding an alternate funding solution.

This Guarantee is intended to build trust and confidence. It does not constitute a funding approval, a promise of financing, or a consumer lending offer.

This Guarantee is a service-level commitment, not a financial contract. Redline Capital Inc. is not a lender and does not make credit or funding decisions. We serve as a third-party business funding facilitator working with reputable providers across the United States.

By engaging with this offer, you acknowledge that:

• This is not an offer of credit or loan approval.
• All funding is subject to independent lender underwriting.
• This program applies only to business entities, not individuals or consumer loans.
• Funding is not guaranteed and subject to eligibility and documentation.

To qualify for the Express Funding Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be met:

To activate the application and be eligible for the Guarantee, you must submit all of the following:

• 4 full months of complete business bank statements (PDF format only)
• Month-to-date transaction activity for the current month
  • Screenshots are acceptable if showing activity from the 1st of the current month through today
• Completed application
• Written consent to submit your application (via email or text)

All documentation must be submitted before or during your Express Funding consultation. Any delay or failure to provide the full package of documents may void your eligibility.

5. Activation & Payment Conditions

Once all required documents are submitted and consent to submit is given, Redline Capital Inc. will:

• Confirm your file is complete
• Begin internal processing
• Submit your application to one or more appropriate third-party funders

If your application is not submitted within 2 business hours of receiving all required information, you will be entitled to a $2,000 Guarantee payment, issued within 7 business days.

The Guarantee is limited to one payout per business entity.

6. Guarantee Void Conditions

Your eligibility for the Guarantee will be voided under any of the following conditions:

• Submission of false, incomplete, or altered documentation
• Business or owner fails to meet qualification standards
• Delay caused by the client (e.g., incomplete documentation, incorrect access credentials)
• Consent to submit is revoked or never formally given
• Unavoidable external issues, such as third-party platform outages or upload failures beyond our control

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this Guarantee is strictly limited to a maximum of $2,000. Redline Capital Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This Guarantee is not a substitute for legal, financial, or business advice.

8. Modifications

Redline Capital Inc. reserves the right to update, revise, or terminate this Guarantee and its associated Terms at any time. The Terms in effect at the time of your consultation will govern your eligibility.
